Family History of Cervical Cancer Recommended if you have family history of cervical cancer or are at high risk for HPV infection.

Follow 3-Dose Schedule (Gardasil 9)Standard for age 15+ is 3 doses at 0, 2, 6 months. Age 9-14 may use 2 doses (0, 6-12 months). Schedule must be followed for efficacy.
Pregnancy and Allergy DisclosureInform medical staff before vaccination if pregnant or have a history of severe allergic reactions to vaccine components. Yeast allergy is a contraindication.

Pain, redness, and swelling at the injection site are most common and resolve in 1-2 days. Mild fever, headache, or dizziness may occur but are usually mild.

Age 15 and older receive 3 doses (0, 2, 6 months) over 6 months. Age 9-14 can complete with 2 doses (0, 6-12 months).
