These terms govern the use of the website ("the Site") operated by INEE Clinic ("the Clinic") and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Clinic and its users.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Clinic and users in relation to the information and online consultation/reservation services (the "Services") provided on the INEE Clinic Site.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Site" means the website operated by the Clinic to provide medical information and consultation/reservation.
- "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the Services under these terms.
- "Content" means all materials posted on the Site, including procedure information, columns, images, and videos.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)
These terms take effect upon posting on the Site. The Clinic may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce the effective date and reason for any amendment on the Site.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
The Clinic provides the following Services:
- Information about procedures, treatments, and the Clinic
- Online consultation and reservation requests
- Other services determined by the Clinic
Information on the Site is intended as general medical information and does not replace individual diagnosis or prescription. Accurate diagnosis, eligibility, and costs are determined after an in-person consultation with medical staff.
Article 5 (Reservations and Consultation)
Users may request reservations through the reservation/consultation features. Reservations are confirmed after the Clinic's verification and may change due to scheduling or capacity, or may require a follow-up call from staff.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not:
- Use another person's information or register false information
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without authorization
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or violate applicable laws
Article 7 (Content and Medical Advertising)
All content on the Site is prepared and posted in accordance with the Medical Service Act and related laws. Treatment results may vary by individual condition and side effects may occur; please consult thoroughly with medical staff.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Site content belong to the Clinic. Users may not use it for commercial purposes or allow third parties to do so without the Clinic's prior consent.
Article 9 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Clinic protects users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws; details are governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Clinic is not liable when it cannot provide Services due to force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures, nor for users' self-judgment based on general medical information posted on the Site.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
In the event of a dispute, the Clinic and the user shall make good-faith efforts to resolve it amicably. If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction follows the Civil Procedure Act.
