Donor Dominance PrincipleDonor follicles from the occipital scalp are androgen-independent and retain their original growth characteristics even after transplantation to balding areas — the foundational principle of hair transplantation.

Follicular Unit Transplantation (1-4 Hair Follicles)Per ISHRS definition, a follicular unit (a natural bundle of 1-4 hair follicles with associated sebaceous glands, muscles, and connective tissue) is transplanted intact for natural results.

FUE (Follicular Unit Excision)A non-strip technique using a ~2 mm punch to circularly incise around the follicular unit and extract a full-thickness graft. Leaves only punctate scars, less visible even with short hair.

FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation)Linear strip of donor scalp is excised and sutured, then dissected by skilled technicians into individual follicular unit grafts. Allows large graft yield in a single session.

Precautions after 'No-Touch Double Eyelid' SurgeryAlthough return to daily life is fast as there is no need to remove stitches, careful post-operative management is essential to maintain beautiful eyes for a long time.\\n* Avoid excessive exercise, saunas, and jjimjilbang (Korean dry saunas) during the recovery period.\\n* Apply the prescribed eye drops and ointment well, and avoid taking medication arbitrarily without a prescription.\\n* For about 2-3 days after the surgery, frequently apply cold compresses for swelling management.\\n* Refrain from alcohol and smoking for about a month after the surgery.

After considering complex factors such as individual skin thickness, fat, muscle volume, and eye shape, a delicate line is created in the precise location, resulting in a natural look with almost no worry of the line loosening.

There are individual differences, but there is slight swelling immediately after the surgery, which naturally subsides after 2-3 days, and most swelling or bruising disappears from 3-4 days after.

As there is no need to remove stitches, the return to daily life is relatively fast, and makeup is possible from 3-4 days after.

Frequent cold compresses help manage swelling, and it is recommended to sleep with the upper body elevated for about 2-3 days after the surgery. Avoid alcohol and smoking for about a month, and contact lens wear is possible after 2 weeks.
