Myers Cocktail Original Formulation Myers' cocktail (Alan Gaby formulation) administers B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, and calcium via IV bolus. Used for various conditions including chronic fatigue, migraine, and muscle pain.

NAD+ Cofactor Activation NAD+ is a cofactor for NAD-dependent enzymes including sirtuins and PARP. IV NAD+ is largely hydrolyzed extracellularly to NMN/NR before cellular uptake, used to replenish age-related NAD+ decline.

Direct IV Delivery (GI Bypass) Direct IV administration of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants bypasses GI absorption saturation. Oral vitamin C is ~50-75% absorbed at 1g, while IV delivers 100% bioavailability with supraphysiologic concentrations achievable.
