HPV 노출 전 예방 성경험 시작 전 접종이 가장 예방 효과가 높습니다. 성경험 후라도 접종 가능.

자궁경부암 가족력 가족 중 자궁경부암 환자가 있거나 고위험 HPV 보유자라면 예방접종이 권장됩니다.

3회 접종 일정 준수 (가다실)만 15세 이상은 0, 2, 6개월 3회 접종이 표준입니다. 만 9~14세는 2회(0, 6~12개월)도 가능. 일정을 지켜야 예방 효과가 보장됩니다.
임신·알레르기 사전 고지임신 중이거나 백신 성분에 중증 알레르기 반응 경험이 있으면 접종 전 반드시 의료진에게 알려주세요. 효모 알레르기가 있는 경우 접종 불가.

접종 부위 통증·발적·붓기가 가장 흔하며 1~2일 내 사라집니다. 일시적 발열, 두통, 어지러움 등도 있을 수 있으나 대부분 경미합니다.

만 15세 이상은 6개월에 걸쳐 0, 2, 6개월 총 3회 접종이 표준입니다. 만 9~14세는 0, 6~12개월 2회 접종으로 충분합니다.
